The founding partners and Managing Directors of Next Ridge Capital are Jeff Fryhover and Mike Gawtry. With almost 60 years combined outdoor industry experience, mostly in executive & leadership roles, Jeff & Mike bring a wealth of knowledge to the table. Expertise includes Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Finance and Operations.
